A-FOIL

This is the transfer foil on which you print your image. It holds the toner extremely well and does not leave any residues in the copier or any background on the garment.

B-PAPER LowTemp

The white opaque coating on the B-Paper sheet only sticks to the toner on the A-Foil and performs so well that even the finest detailed designs can be handled.

White Toner Printing

You can use the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) Standard & Neon color transfer media with each of the OKI White Toner laser printers.

The Flex-Soft (No-Cut) transfer media has been developed for Black & White and CMYK Laser/LED printers and copiers. But, during the development stage, we discovered that printing white onto the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) Neon colors produced ultra neon results. Printing white onto the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) standard colors produced similar results, where colors are brighter than ever before.

We also discovered that printing a composite black – a mixed black containing; Cyan, Magenta & Yellow – also worked well with the standard and neon colors. Although, as we expected, the results with the composite black cannot compare to printing pure white. Printing composite black reduces the colors brightness slightly, but the end result is still something of brilliance as spot colors are still bright and neon colors are vivid.

Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp is a 2-Paper heat transfer foil which lets you print amazing brilliant colors without cutting and weeding.

It is possible to use the popular White Toner product also with your regular CMYK, as long as stick to certain limitations. It is great for full tone colors, like solid reds, solid greens etc. As these colors have a high toner saturation. Colors below 100% toner saturation, such as, pastel tones, skin tones, sky blues, etc. cannot be printed. Take a look at the t-shirts designs above and get inspired by the possibilities of using your regular CMYK printer with our Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp transfer media.

All you need to do is print your design on the Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp A-Foil, then press it together with the Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp B-Paper. Upon peeling, the white coating on the B-Paper LowTemp is transferred only to the toner on the A-Foil. Now, the design is completely weeded and ready for transferring.

The bright white coating of the B-Paper LowTemp improves the opacity and vibrancy of colors on dark fabrics and it also greatly enhances adhesion for better durability and washability.

As an additional benefit, the no-cut & no-weed means there is no unwanted background on the garment! Just the areas with toner are transferred. The result can be compared to screen printing – only faster, cheaper and more efficient!

Follow the Step below to create you No-Cut transfer:

1. Print on the transparent A-Foil
2. Press together with the B-Paper LowTemp
3. Peel both sheets from each other while HOT
4. Cut around the design
5. Press onto your garment
6. Re-press to increase the washability of the document

For copiers and laser printers with (60°C washable) and without (40°C washable) silicone oil fusing unit.

Heat transfer paper to print vector images without degrades with at least 70% color intensity and transfer onto light colored t-shirts and other textiles surfaces. It’s a premium self-weeding transfer paper that brings the customer a high quality result. It leaves no white background in the unprinted areas.

This transfer paper is suitable for the new generation of color copiers and color laser printers.

The new innovative Multi-Trans Metallic Gold, Silver and Bronze transfer papers work the same way, except that they print single-color Silver, Gold or Bronze on any color hard surfaces (including black) e.g.: Ceramics, Acrylic Glass, Metal, Wood, Glass…
